Factory Review
Our team reviews artwork feasibility, fabric suitability, embroidery density, thread effect, size, and production requirements.
Step 03
Material & Embroidery Direction
We suggest a suitable direction for fabric, thread, embroidery method, sample size, and production approach.
Step 04
Sampling
A sample helps confirm fabric texture, thread color, embroidery density, raised texture, pattern scale, and overall surface effect.
Step 05
Sample Confirmation & Bulk Production
After sample confirmation and order details are agreed, bulk production can be arranged.
The approved sample becomes the reference for production.
Step 06
Quality Check & Packing
During and after production, we check embroidery details, remove extra thread ends, review the fabric surface, and prepare proper rolling and packing before shipment.
